Freelance Business Development Executives – 30 positions
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Effective promotion of products in targeted niche market in the assigned territory
- Customer recruitment, achieving selling targets
- Selling the full range of products
- Cultivating customer relationships, following up and solving complaints, customer visits
- Formulate, implement and manage operational fact finding plans on target market and ensure a managed implementation of the fact finding plan.
- Achieve exceptional sales and revenue objectives through recruitment of new customers based on fact findings.
- Retain and grow the value of business with the prospect customers through superior relationship management and sales execution.
- Effectively prepare and execute product sales and trade marketing programs aimed at service penetration, relationship building and overall market share growth
- Assess prospective clients existing and projected needs in increasing their brand value and raising their organization professional business image through market orientation – determine the needs, wants and values of a target fact finding market and adapt Heartbit Computer Solutions product and services to delivering the desired satisfactions more effectively and efficiently than competitors.
- New business acquisition - Generate leads and identify prospective clients, identification and evaluation of market opportunities.
- Identifying unmet prospects needs and offering solutions.
- Carrying out market surveys and gathering market intelligence
- Discuss proposals with prospects and making follow - ups to final conclusion, collecting payments for contracted services.
- Managing new contracts to successful completion and delivering within the agreed schedules of the services to customer’s satisfaction.
- Preparation of weekly reports ; territory sales progress and fact finding progress as required.

- A proven track record in sales, experience in selling services, challenging world class sales environment and a university degree, diploma will be a definite added advantage.
- A good understanding in the ICT industry will be another added advantage.
